Local students from our area were among over 660 students who earned scholarships at Baldwin Wallace University this fall.

Maddie Bednar of Chagrin Falls, a graduate of Kenston High School majoring in biology, earned the Donald & Connie Rebar Scholarship and the Dr. Donald Dean ‘38 Scholarship.

Mia Bester of Chagrin Falls, also a graduate of Kenston High School majoring in music education, earned the Arline Kadel Music Scholarship, the Drs. Edward & Josephine Brown Scholarship, the Florence N. Gray Scholarship and the Jochum-Moll Scholarship.

Lizzie Bryson of Lyndhurst, a graduate of Charles F. Brush High School majoring in biology, earned the Ohio Space Matching Scholarship.

Elizabeth Castro of Chagrin Falls, a graduate of Kenston High School majoring in neuroscience psychology and psychology, earned the Desich Family Community Impact Scholarship.

Jesse Durham of Solon, a graduate of Solon High School majoring in criminal justice, earned the Jochum-Moll Scholarship.

Elizabeth Gates of Cleveland, a graduate of Richmond Heights High School majoring in international business, earned the Jim Zito Scholarship and the William & Mary Smithett Scholarship.

Julia Gersey of Solon, a graduate of Solon High School majoring in software engineering and applied mathematics, earned the Chris Sullivan & Frank and Margaret Schmidt Scholarship.

Matthew Maloney of Solon, a graduate of Saint Ignatius High School majoring in instrumental performance, earned the E.S. & M.R. Griffiths Scholarship.

Greg Parries of Solon, a graduate of Solon High School majoring in sport management, earned the Austin E. Knowlton Foundation Scholarship.

Grace Roberts of Chagrin Falls, a graduate of Kenston High School majoring in accounting, earned the Boesel School of Business - Undergraduate Scholarship.

Caleb Sinclair of Solon, a graduate of Solon High School majoring in marketing, earned the Steven and Dolly Minter Scholarship.

Jesse Uguccini of Solon, a graduate of Solon High School majoring in theatre acting and directing, earned the Jochum-Moll Scholarship and the Joseph & Berneice Smith Scholarship.
