Carry-out parking available

Until further notice, several free parking spaces have been set aside for customers of restaurants which remain open for drive-up and carry-out customers in Chagrin Fall, according to Mayor William Tomko.

These include all spaces on Plaza Drive, two spaces at the east end of River Street and one space on West Street.

Review board meetings delayed

The Chagrin Falls Architectural Review Board will have a hefty agenda when they finally return to their regular meeting schedule with 10 items pending from the canceled March 17 and April 7 meetings.

“I do not have any information on how or when the next meeting will take place but once I know something  I will be in touch,” Zoning Inspector Harry Edwards said in an email to board members this week.

The hotly protested historic Bancroft home tear down and proposed townhome development on Grove Hill is not one of the pending items, Mr. Edwards said.

Building department forms, applications, drawings and other materials may be deposited in the department’s secure and sanitized drop-off box adjacent to the police department entrance.

Materials will be picked up daily except weekends. Mr. Edwards may be reached by calling 440-247-5050 or 440-247-3156.
