It’s turkey time, so you know what that means. Lots of leftovers, a dishwasher that runs 24/7 and the wayward slice of pumpkin pie you will find under your sofa during the hunt for Easter eggs.

Of course, Thanksgiving is supposed to mean more than all of that, and, if you are like me, it shouldn’t take much to know the who, what, where and when we are grateful to have had in our lives this year.
