The Geauga County Public Library has teamed up with Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center to offer Horse Tales. The program encourages children in grades K-3 to practice reading skills in a fun, nonjudgmental environment by reading out loud to a horse at the farm, 16497 Snyder Rd., just down the street from the Bainbridge Library Branch. The program will take place from 5 to 6 p.m. Feb. 15, March 15 and April 19.

Registration is required for this free program at geaugalibrary.libcal.com. Each child will be assigned a reading slot. Only register the reader. An email will be sent out prior to the program with the child’s assigned reading time.
