Students spread Halloween spirit

Though cold, and different this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual Halloween parade from Jordak Elementary School to Briar Hill Health Care continued on. Students wore their costumes to school and paraded down to the facility. Students wore masks, kept their distance, stayed outside the facility and walked around the building while they waved at residents at the windows. Every year, Jordak students spread some Halloween spirit to the community with their parade down Pierce Street. When students returned to their classrooms, they enjoyed donuts waiting for them courtesy of Maggie’s Donuts.
