Caregiver fair in Cleveland
Courage to Caregivers will hold a “Caring for the Caregivers” fair at Magnolia Clubhouse, 11101 Magnolia Drive in Cleveland, April 7 from 1-4 p.m. The fair will help caregivers supporting a loved one with mental illness focus on their own self-care, with resources and demonstrations of practices such as breathing meditations, yoga, reiki, journaling, nutrition and cooking. Stamp collecting workshop
On April 9 at 7 p.m., the Solon Historical Society, 33975 Bainbridge Road, hosts Solon resident Matt Liebson, membership committee chair for the American Philatelic Society, a national stamp collecting organization with almost 30,000 members. Mr. Liebson will give an introduction to stamp collecting, a history of stamps and how to’s of acquiring and maintaining a collection. Some hands-on experience with stamps will also be part of this program. This is also dessert night, please bring something to share.
