Explore native plants, pollinators

The Geauga Soil and Water Conservation District calls kids of all ages to become Conservation Crusaders and explore native plants and pollinators on July 28 from 10-11:30 a.m. at the Natural Resources Pavilion of the Geauga County Fairgrounds, 14373 N. Cheshire St. ​in Burton.

This free program is limited to 10 participants, and registration is required by July 27 to attend. For everyone’s safety, bring a mask, practice social distancing and comply with public safety requirements. Sense the summer season

Toddlers ages 1 and 2 with adults can experience summertime in the park from 10-11 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Aug. 5 in the lodge at Orchard Hills Park, 11340 Caves Road in Chester. Strollers and carriers are welcome and registration is required at 440-286-9516. All programs and events are subject to change; check www.geaugaparkdistrict.org before coming out.
